Valentine’s Day Outfit + a Day at the Pearl

February 8, 2017

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching so I have decided to share a fun Valentine’s Day outfit with y’all. This outfit consists of two of my favorite things: pink and leopard print. Now let’s get into it, shall we?

Tank: Express Jacket: Kohls (similar) Pants: LOFT Shoes: Nordstrom Clutch: Stella & Dot (similar) Watch: Kate Spade Bracelet: Kendra Scott Necklace(s): Kendra Scott (short necklace, long necklace)

This outfit is pretty simple but it’s honestly perfect for Valentine’s Day. The hubby and I are going out to dinner and I would certainly wear this outfit if I didn’t already have another one picked out. If you know me you know that I love a good dress, but when it’s chilly out I’d rather wear pants to stay warm. This clutch has been so fun lately and I like using it for nights out on the town.

For this photoshoot, my little (my photographer) and I spent the day at the Pearl in San Antonio. The Pearl is an old brewery that has been revamped into a fun hangout spot filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and even some apartment complexes.

We spent a little time at Bakery Lorraine which is known for their yummy macaroons and other bakery goodies. I picked up a pack of six in flavors like strawberry, raspberry, pistachio, and chocolate. They also have some breakfast and lunch options that I’ve yet to try.

If you’re ever in San Antonio, I suggest making a stop at the Pearl for dinner at least once. The property boasts a ton of local restaurants with amazing cuisines to boot.

Some of my favorite restaurants there are La Gloria, Boiler Room, and Nao. There are also tons of restaurants I haven’t tried like Cured, Southerleigh, Green, Botika, and The Granary which are definitely on our to-try list.

The Pearl is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoy going here as often as possible. It can definitely be a little pricy but it’s certainly worth it for the amazing cuisine that you’ll be getting.

Your Turn:

Have you ever been to the Pearl in San Antonio? If so, what was your experience? Please feel free to let me know in the comments.
