Thank God it’s Friday because man has it been a long week. I don’t know about you, but on Fridays sometimes I need a little more motivation than usual to get myself out of bed. Of course, Friday is one of my favorite days of the work week because it’s the day that kicks off the weekend but that doesn’t mean it’s any easier to get my butt out of bed…so that means that I need my motivation playlist even more on these particular Fridays. Let’s face it, I probably need this motivation playlist daily because lately I just haven’t been in the mood to get up early over the past few weeks especially. I’m not too sure what it is but hopefully it will pass.
Motivation Playlist
- Cheap Thrills // Sia
- Work // Rhianna
- We Can’t Stop // Miley Cyrus
- Safe and Sound // Capital Cities
- Red Lights // Tiesto
- Dark Horse // Katy Perry
- One Dance // Drake
- Wild Ones // Flo Rida
- No Money // Galantis
- Work From Home // Fifth Harmony
This is a playlist that I jam to on my way to work, on my way home from work, at the gym and even while I am at work. If we’re being honest, you could probably listen to this playlist for nearly any occasion. The only time I wouldn’t recommend listening to this playlist is when you’re studying because you’re going to want to be belting out the lyrics instead of focusing on whatever school related task you’re doing, trust me on this one. Sometimes we all just need a motivation playlist filled with happy and upbeat jams to get us through a long day of work or cleaning, am I right? I think yes.
Below is my full motivation playlist. I am going to try and add new songs to it weekly to keep the playlist fresh. Also, I know it seems like a lot of rap and electronic but my music tastes are all over the map.
What’s on your motivation playlist? I’d love to know! Feel free to give me some recommendations down in the comments.
