So today’s my 25th birthday (wow, I’m getting old) and I’m sharing my January goals. During a New Year, I’m always super motivated to set and achieve new goals. Are you ready to start the New Year off right? I know that I sure am.
December Goals Recap
Read two books //Woohoo I did this! I love getting lost in a good book and really hope to meet my 24 books goal in 2017. Work on my business plan for both Confetti Social and Breakfast at Lilly’s //I’ve completed both of my business plans and I’m super stoked about it. I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings for both my blog and business. Start working on my 2017 Content Calendar for both blogs //I have Q1 planned out for both blogs and have my posts written a week in advance. I hope to get my content written at least 2 weeks in advance so the plan is to get ahead of the game. Take some time to just enjoy the holidays //I definitely did this and I’m so happy that I did. I had a wonderful little break from the blog/biz and I’m so excited to hop back in for 2017.
- Complete my Fitness Challenge // My husband and I have a fitness challenge going for 5 weeks. I have to go to the gym 5 days for every 6 that he goes and whoever wins gets to pick our next vacation destination. It’s a great way to get myself motivated for 2017 and maybe even get to pick our next vacation out of it.
- Figure out my work from home schedule // I’ve been working from home two and a half days each week but now that I’m going to be self employed I need to make a schedule for myself so that I’m maximizing my time each day.
- Read 2 books // My goal is to read 24 books in 2017 so that means I need to be reading 2 books per month to keep up with my goal. I’m not sure what I’ll be reading this month but I don’t have a shortage of books to read. If you’re looking for some inspiration, check out my Goodreads account.
- Work on batching content for both BAL and Confetti Social // I want to get ahead of the game and batch my content and have it written and scheduled at least 2 months in advance.
What are your January goals? Please feel free to let me know down in the comments.
