Gift Guide Under 50 + Black Friday Tips

November 24, 2015

black friday tips

Hey y’all. Black Friday is quickly approaching so in addition to my gift guide I have planned for today I wanted to give y’all a few pointers in preparation for the biggest shopping day of the year. You can find my previous gift guides from this season here and here. Today’s gift guide is a gift guide under 50.

  1. Set a budget // A budget is crucial during Black Friday otherwise you will overspend and want to cry when you see your credit card statement next month.
  2. Map out your game plan // You don’t want to be running all around the mall frantically searching for the sales, so make sure to figure out which sales and stores you want to hit before Black Friday.
  3. Wear comfortable clothes // No one wants to be uncomfortable when they’re fighting the crazy crowds so make sure you’re comfortable.
  4. Enjoy yourself // Black Friday can be overwhelming so make sure that you don’t let anyone else ruin it for you because some people can get pretty intense when faced with great deals.

Apparently I was all about the metallics today.

Wine glasses // These little cheetah spotted wineglasses are the absolute cutest. Any wine lover would love to receive these.

Gold bottle // This is for the girl on the go. They keep your drink cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours. I can’t imagine needing your drink cold or hot for that long, but I feel like it would come in handy if you were camping or something of that sort.

Earrings  // These are perfect for the jewelry lover in your life. These earrings are so fun and add some pizazz to your outfit.

Rose gold bag // This bag is so fun and festive for the holiday season.

Marble tray // This would be a cute kitchen or bar cart addition. Personally I want this for my bar cart but it has many uses.

Shaker // This is another cute bar cart or kitchen addition. I don’t know about you but lately I am all about gold kitchenware lately.

Luggage Tag // How cute is this? I always have such a hard time identifying my luggage so I love having a luggage tag that helps me differentiate my luggage between someone else’s.  Snag this for the traveler in your life.

YAY Coasters  // I am a huge fan of cute coasters so these are a great little gift for the post-grad girl who is collecting cute home decor to dress up her apartment or even as another bar cart essential.

What’s on your Christmas wishlist? Have you made a gift guide under 50 this seasons? Let me know down in the comments.
