There is nothing I love better than a good glass of my favorite wine and some ice cream during the spring and summertime so that’s why I am so excited to partner with BabbleBoxx today to share two new to me products, Cavit Rose and My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream.

Cavit Rose Frose Summer Cocktail:

First, let’s chat a little about the Cavit Rose. In addition to coming in super cute packaging with a pink lid, the taste of the Rose is actually really great too. Cavit Rose is also sold at an affordable price point so there is no reason not to give it a try this summer.

Since it’s already in the 90s here in Texas, I preferred to drink this as more of a frose summer cocktail because who doesn’t like frozen drinks when it’s scorching outside? It tasted great as a regular rose as well. Rose is the perfect summer wine in my opinion and I’ll be sipping on my Cavit Rose in frose form this summer. To make this into a frose summer cocktail, all you have to do is mix the rose, some strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Okay, that’s not all you have to do…but you can find the recipe I follow here.

Next up is the amazingness that is My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream. I don’t why no one told me what I was missing out on with mochi, but now I’m pretty much addicted. If you’ve never tried mochi before, it’s basically ice cream encapsulated in a dough. I was a little skeptical before trying because it wasn’t something I was familiar with, but now I wish I would have tried it sooner.

I’ve tried both the cookies and cream and strawberry flavors, and boy, is it tough to pick a favorite. I’m pretty sure my fridge will be stocked with My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream all summer long. If you want to try My/Mo Mochi, you can get $1 off with the Ibotta app.
