Happy Fri-YAY friends! It was my first week at my new job, and boy it’s been quite a long one so I am pretty thrilled that it’s Friday. As I said yesterday, I truly can’t believe it’s October. September went by in a flash but now I am ready to take on October. Although I wasn’t able to complete quite a few of my September goals due to unforeseen circumstances, but that’s okay. It’s a new month. You can find my September goals here. Now its time for my October goals.
1. Finish my media kit // I have already compiled the information, now I just need to find the perfect template and compile it all together.
2. Be on top of my assignments in class// As some of you may know, I started grad school this week and unfortunately my first required pre-course is stats. Math is definitely not my strong point so I need to get on a consistent schedule with doing my homework and participating in the discussion threads.
3. Continue eating healthy during the week // Since starting working again, I have been eating healthier each day. I have been bringing my lunch and then eating dinner at home. I hope to continue this throughout the month.
4. Save at least 700 dollars from my paycheck // I know that doesn’t seem like much, but every little bit helps. I am going to make an “emergency” savings fund and slowly put money that I will NEVER spend unless I absolutely have to in there in case of any future emergencies. I actually do a pretty good job at managing my money when I have income coming in but it may be a little tough to resist this month since it’ll be my first time in awhile getting a legit paycheck.
What are your October goals? Let me know down in the comments.
